At Youtooz, we want to ensure you are happy with your limited edition collectibles, so we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that due to the limited nature of our drops, some items may be eligible for replacement only if they arrive damaged.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened window box packaging and that your request is within 30 days of the delivery date.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
- 3.Pack Your Return
Securely place the collectible in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent any damage to the collectible's display box during transit.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Affix your provided return label and drop the package at the designated carrier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
